Pro Bono work helps the poor and uninsured mentally ill

A Maryland program to help the poor and uninsured with mental health care issues that has stayed nearly obscure for the past 20 years is finally being recognized around the country. Barbara Anderson, M.A., director of the Pro Bono Counseling Project in Baltimore, said she doesn’t understand why the program has remained all but silent over the years.
